My favorite Halloween candy would have to be those "Bottlecaps"...oh and the stick-to-your-teeth-inside-a-yellow-mini-box "Dots"...oh and if ever so lucky...my all time favorite is really a Milk Chocolate Dove bar...but who is ever lucky enough to get one of those in their trick or treat bag? I love to pick up Christmas presents early! I watch for sales once the kids let me know their Christmas list...however I am NOT and I repeat N-O-T a black Friday shopper! I'd rather pay more for an item than to brave that craziness! I have gotten 2 out of my 3 boys their main Christmas present already!!! Yay me! Awaiting their "detailed Santa list" before I can start picking up the additional items. I started purchasing things here or there this summer as I saw things I knew they would want. I love spring...after a cold dreary and possibly snowy winter it is nice to see the world around us turn green and warmer but not too warm. Although it is one of my allergy seasons that gives my allergies a bad time, I still love the cool weather and beautiful colors. Sweet Shoppe Designs asked us to blog about our latest fair we attended....

The Missouri State Fair was last month and our Robotics Team brought their robots there to display for the special robotics display. We didn't do much else there that entire day but check out all the other robots and talk to the teams...no livestock, no events, just robots and food.

Kick off for BEST Robotics is this Saturday....we can't wait!

Sports?! Time for sports? That's a funny one. This is coming from a mom who has a family of 5 getting ready for their "season opener" on September 19th in Ft. Smith. What sport am I talking about? Well the answer might surprise you...

1. Do you wash your own car or do you go to a car wash?

...I don't remember washing instructions in the manual!

2. Are you wearing socks right now?

...no way! Socks with Birks in 80 degree weather? Are you nuts?

3. Where were you 3 hours ago?

...right here, on HOLD waiting for customer service...I almost fell asleep waiting!

4. Do you have laundry waiting to be done?

...well yeah, the kids hide the laundry until I think it is all done...and it rapidly appears in the pile...kinda like breeding rabbits!

5. Can you pick objects up with your toes?

...nah I let the butler do it!

NEXT???? ....

I plan on exercising and starting my diet again. Our boys joined a Robotics team last Fall and my exercise and diet totally stopped and never started back up again. Well I am determined not to gain any more weight! I am going to start using the elliptical...and I will lose some weight!
